Jim Sullivan's 23 years of enterprise technology industry experience represents a remarkable track record of scaling both emerging and established companies for rapid global growth. He has served as the President of Actifio since February, 2011, during which time the company has expanded into 22 countries around the world, on pace to become the fastest growing storage industry startup from inception ever.Prior to Actifio, Mr. Sullivan served as the President of enterprise storage technology provider XIV, where he was responsible for the company's business direction and go-to-market model, including sales, marketing, and global services operations. After XIV was acquired by IBM in 2008, Jim served as the Vice President of IBM Storage.Before XIV he was the Chief Executive Officer of CentrePath Network, and prior to that spent 12-years helping grow EMC Corporation from $80 Million in annual global sales to over $10 Billion at the time of his departure in 2001. While at EMC, Jim served in several executive management positions culminating in Senior Vice President of Sales, among the top executives of the firm.Jim served as Director of AppIQ (a successful venture backed technology startup founded by Ash Ashutosh, and eventually acquired by HP,) and Diligent (a deduplication software pioneer, eventually acquired by IBM.) He is a Member of the Young President's Organization (YPO), and remains active at his Alma Mater Boston College, serving as a Board Member of the Technology Council since 2003.
