Brian Anderson is currently a Sr. Director and Head of World Wide Renewals for Act-On Software, a leading marketing automation platform, where he’s worked since December, 2013. As the Head of Renewals, Brian was tasked with creating the renewals process and on-boarding a new team of renewal managers from the ground up as this was a new function for Act-On. Previously Brian was the Director of Sales Operations for Act-On Software where he led the Sales Operations department which was responsible for sales process, sales strategy and sales policy. Before coming over to Act-On Software, Brian was a founding partner of a marketing agency in the automotive marketing space. Brian also worked in telecom/broadband communications for SureWest Communications for 13 years where he was the Head of Sales Ops, was the Manager of Inside Sales, and held multiple sales and sales leadership roles over his tenure. Brian is a high performance professional with a strong background in a variety of sales and customer success disciplines including but not limited to renewals, customer management, contract negotiations and structure, sales operations, sales strategy, sales process, sales enablement, salesforce.com, commissions (planning, creation and implementing) forecasting, lead/territory management, pricing and deal structure, and reporting. Brian's experience on both the sales and post-sales side of the business allows him to have very unique perspectives and insights within a high growth customer ecosystem.
