***I have recently changed companies and will be updating my Summary in the near future. Summary below is reflective of my time with Nationstar.*** I am passionate about delivering technology solutions that help teams increase revenue, lower expenses, and improve operational efficiency. I lead the technology organization for a Nationstar/Solutionstar portfolio company, $32M/yr, 50 employees. ~2000%+ revenue growth since 2011. In addition, I have enterprise-wide ownership of telecom for Solutionstar ($375M company, 1000 employees). During 2013-14, I drove multiple technology solutions for a Nationstar startup: Solutionstar (~400 personnel at that time). I was responsible for strategic planning, program management, and delivery/implementation. I had direct responsibility for: 1. Complete technology build-out of new ~72K square foot facility (cabling, network & voice infrastructure- core infrastructure). 2. Implementation of physical security (Access Control, CCTV). 3. Conversion of Solutionstar's Unified Communications solution (Avaya to Cisco): supporting 150 agents in various lines of business in geographically separated locations. 4. Integrated wholly owned subsidiary into Solutionstar's Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), migrating multiple business critical applications into new environment. My customers come first! I am a pragmatic technologist who gets things done with no loose ends. I am effective at balancing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and can quickly recognize and navigate around competing agendas.
