I have 10 years of molecular, cellular and developmental biology lab experience starting as an undergraduate student in 2001 and continuing into my current PhD training. I am interested in novel pharmaceuticals development, positron emission tomography for diagnostic imaging and biotech business development. Specialties: DNA cloning, genomic PCR, reverse transcription PCR to generate cDNA, quantitiative real-time PCR, western blots, immunoprecipitation, lipid and electroporation transfection of plasmid DNA, generation of retroviral and lentiviral transduction vectors, fluorescent microscopy, and multi-color flow cytometry (10 color acquisitions), cell cycle analysis, proliferation analysis, cytometric bead assays, positron emission tomography image analysis, kinase uptake and kinase activity assays.
