I am an innovative R&D manager focused on generating life science business solutions through a combination of chemistry, biology and bioinformatics. As an R&D professional, I ensure the proper planning and realization of internal R&D projects as well as academic and commercial collaborations. Comfortable interacting with executive management and technical specialists alike, I am at at ease networking or influencing at any level. My role currently encompasses developing intellectual property; consequently I work closely with scientists to harness their ideas. I also have a keen interest in leveraging biosensors, synthetic biology and Next Generation Sequencing technologies to generate disruptive technologies and technical solutions.
