Abcam is a biotechnology research center which specializes in antibodies, web based, bioscience, and ecommerce.

A marketing communications manager with a broad range of experience across campaigns, events, social media, public relations, brand management, internal communications and corporate communications. My 13 years’ marketing experience has been across the biotechnology, technology and not-for profit education sectors. Throughout my career, I have developed an in-house press function and increased press coverage in target publications for my organisation by 20% year on year. I have also project managed and successfully delivered over 70 global events including a software user group for 150+ delegates. I enjoy writing and I’m skilled at translating technical concepts into meaningful and engaging content for broader audiences across both online and offline channels including social media, email, website, print media and press releases.
