I am the Chief Customer Officer at Xero, a small business platform that serves over 3.5 million subscribers globally. I lead the strategy and financial performance of global sales including responsibility for the regional GTM teams, marketing, communications, digital and customer functions. Over my 25 year career as a global executive, I have developed cross-disciplinary leadership capabilities in business development, sales, strategy, marketing, communications, human resources and customer functions in both the financial services and tech industries. At Xero, I lead a global team that operates in a fast paced, high growth environment. I build strong long term business results by providing a clear vision, shared goals and by promoting a culture built on trust and psychological safety. I have a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Marketing) and am a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
