Ben has 15 years of experience within the Australian Accounting industry. After beginning his career as an Accountant at a top 15 global firm, Ben transitioned into Executive Search, placing C Suite Executives into Australia's leading Commercial and Professional Services businesses. Ben then spent five years at cloud accounting software disruptor Xero, supporting the company's Australian hypergrowth phase. During this time, the customer revenue in Australia quadrupled. Ben's remit primarily supported the larger and more complex customers and clients represented by the Big 4 and mid-tier accounting firms. Xero's solution allowed these businesses to move away from outdated desktop solutions to bespoke cloud-based app stacks.
