Regulatory Information
WSECU is a not-for-profit financial cooperative that offers products and services to meet all our members' financial needs, making their lives easier. Our financial family includes approximately 140,000 members and assets of over $1 billion. Strength, integrity and a total commitment to members have helped us grow since our founding in 1957. Nine volunteers elected by the membership sit on the WSECU Board of Directors and three sit on our Supervisory Committee. All serve rotating three-year terms with elections every February. We employ more than 400 people who staff our headquarters office and 20 branches. We are a past winner of Washington CEO Magazine's Best Places to Work award. The second-largest credit union in Washington, WSECU has more than $1 billion in assets. Our wholly owned subsidiary , One Washington Financial , has more than $1 billion in assets under management and employs more than 60 people who service mortgages for our credit union partners, provide investment advice, and offer a lower-cost payday loan alternative called Q-Cash.
Retirement planning means more than providing my clients with investment advice. It means helping them maintain the financial independence they've worked toward for their entire lives. It also means striving to ensure they have the means to pursue what's most important to them. And it means understanding them as people with unique goals, values and circumstances that determine the strategies I will develop on their behalf. When you meet with me, we'll begin with an in-depth discussion of your current finances and future objectives. Together, you'll address areas that may have been overlooked that could impact your financial future. Next will be determining any needed adjustments to your investment strategy to accommodate changing conditions and work toward meeting any unforeseen expenses and income demands. I have worked in the financial services industry since 2001 and earned a Bachelors degree in Finance. I hold a Series 7 and 66 registration with LPL Financial and WSECU Investment Management as well as Washington State life and health licenses. I am also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM Professional. My family and I have lived in the Olympia area since 2003. Summers are spent camping and fishing with my husband and two children in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. A favorite spot is Lake Curlew in Ferry County, WA.
