WSECU is a not-for-profit financial cooperative that offers products and services to meet all our members' financial needs, making their lives easier. Our financial family includes approximately 140,000 members and assets of over $1 billion. Strength, integrity and a total commitment to members have helped us grow since our founding in 1957. Nine volunteers elected by the membership sit on the WSECU Board of Directors and three sit on our Supervisory Committee. All serve rotating three-year terms with elections every February. We employ more than 400 people who staff our headquarters office and 20 branches. We are a past winner of Washington CEO Magazine's Best Places to Work award. The second-largest credit union in Washington, WSECU has more than $1 billion in assets. Our wholly owned subsidiary , One Washington Financial , has more than $1 billion in assets under management and employs more than 60 people who service mortgages for our credit union partners, provide investment advice, and offer a lower-cost payday loan alternative called Q-Cash.

A purpose-driven financial services executive experienced in building innovative fintech startups and leading technology, product development, payments and cybersecurity programs over the last 30 + years. As a CEO, Senior Executive, Board Member and Advisor, I have built a broad perspective on leading companies in building new organizational capabilities and advancing existing ones to achieve diversity, consumer, market and business outcomes. I aspire to contribute to the development of an inclusive world where all people have equitable access to the financial services they need to have hope and achieve their life’s dreams. My purpose is to support organizations that want to expand access to critical financial tools and open opportunities to build financial capability, stability and resilience for all consumers. As a growth-minded leader, I have continuously evolved my ability to help organizations increase business agility and organizational transformation. Having earned an MBA mid-career, I was able to apply this experience to launch and fund a successful special purpose financially inclusive fintech in the U.S. and Canadian markets. Additionally, I am leading a digital transformation effort to build an organizational capability to become more customer experience focused and build the product development and execution capability to quickly respond to market changes and emerging opportunities. The diverse roles I have had as a Chief Information Officer, Real Estate and Facilities executive, Chief Technology and Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer allow me to contribute in areas of high ambiguity and new innovation to operationalizing and execution.
