I serve as Group Vice President for Northern Europe, South Africa and Country Manager for the UK and Ireland at Workday. I lead an exceptional team responsible for driving our go-to-market strategy, increasing growth in region and ensuring our customers derive the full value of our service on their journeys of digital transformation. Prior to Workday, I held several leadership roles at Anaplan, Oracle and SAP across multiple geographies. As a product of immigration from Latin America to the US, I have lived much of my life internationally which has informed my values and priorities on diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the workplace. I am an active advocate and Executive Sponsor for such D&I initiatives. In addition to this, I am committed to improving the well-being of our planet and believe that businesses play a crucial role in driving the sustainability agenda forward.
