As Workday's first chief information officer (CIO) I oversee the global information technology (IT) and security organization, with responsibility for the internal deployment of Workday products as well as other innovative technologies and programs that create a competitive advantage for the company and serve as best-practices to IS organizations globally. Engaging with customers, partners, and peers across all industries to advance thought leadership in strategic areas such as the future of work, transforming digitally, technology innovation and driving continuous improvement to accelerate profitable growth are passion areas of mine. Other passions include giving back and spending time with my husband and sons generating maximum doses of adrenaline and/or endorphins.
