The Forum of Young Global Leaders is a unique, multistakeholder community of more than 900 exceptional young leaders.

Adrian has built the World Economic Forum’s global media and communications presence: a 30m+ social media following that spans LinkedIn to TikTok; the globally referenced Agenda blog; its award-winning video output; and nearly a million email subscribers – redefining the organisation and its Davos meeting for the digital age. Adrian also writes the weekly LinkedIn newsletter with the biggest following outside the US - Seven Things. He oversees the Foundation of Young Global Leaders of outstanding individuals under 40, and the Global Shapers Community of 15,000 under-30s around the world. He was a founder of Britain’s Five News, an award-winning war reporter, and has written two books. He was also a professo, leading and transforming Britain’s most storied journalism school. He has deep global expertise, and has advised political and business leaders around the world. An experienced board member, in addition to his role on the Forum’s managing board, Adrian sits on the board of the Global Shapers Foundation, the Forum of Young Global Leaders and served as a trustee of The Conversation UK. He is also on the international advisory board of Spain’s leading private university.
