I am a multimedia journalist with the Voice of America (VOA) Khmer Service in Phnom Penh. I produce feature and enterprise stories in both Khmer and English — in the format of online, audio, and video— serving Cambodian audiences across the country. My fields of report cover politics, health, human rights, education, environment, gender and women empowerment. My in-depth reportage has been discussed among the public and policymakers—government, UN agencies, Foreign Embassies, and local and international NGOs— offers significant input for the decision-making in public policy and social behaviour change. I work as a research consultance occasionally.
