Mili has an extensive background in salas and has led several large organizations through significant transformations. Her track record speaks for itself. As Vice President of Sales she expanded end built a growth-oriented consumer business in 15 Latin American countries, the United States and México. Within each country she defined a comprehensive buisness building plan and personally led the field expansion, reaching a pinnacle of success with over 250,000 distributors and generating sales in excess of $90 million. Her passion are people and the application of a systemized approach to making things happen. The past eleven years, Mili has consistently applied these methodologies within the direct sales industry. Her early studies at TEC de Monterrey in Business Administration have influenced and guided her path to assist companies in their global development and focus to achieve the required results
