I am extremely passionate about health and fitness. I enjoy goal setting, and seeing those goals become accomplishments. I have over 20 years of experience in educating, transforming, and assisting a very diverse clientele in meeting their fitness goals not limited to but including personal training and nutritional counseling. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge with audiences on topics to do with health and wellness, balancing nutrition, stress management, and increased productivity.
