I’m an experienced healthcare operations leader with more than 20 years of dedication to the healthcare industry in both business and clinical operations. I have served on multiple Boards of Directors for major clients such as Dignity Health, Seton Healthcare Family, and Palomar Health. I also have proven strengths in multi-site management, strategic planning, budgetary/financial management, client relations, project management, staff development, Board representation, and clinical and business operations. Colleagues know me as a highly effective team-player and forward-thinker who can always be trusted and relied upon. I know that the client’s/partner's business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. I have an MBA from Lipscomb University and a BSN from Austin Peay State University.
