Rick is a people-focused, business result-oriented, senior executive business technologist, presently the Deputy CIO at Tokio Marine HCC. Prior to Tokio Marine HCC, Rick was VP, IT Transformation at AIG. Prior to AIG he was CIO at Total Safety, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company. Rick was previously a senior IT Executive with the Hewlett-Packard Company. While there he helped drive the industry leading HPIT enterprise-wide transformation reducing expenses more than in half while driving significant improvement in direct business value of IT to the business and reducing applications development cycle times. Prior to HP, Rick spent 4 years at Morgan Keegan & Co., now Raymond James, getting hands on experience in development, architecture, and infrastructure within Financial Services. Graduated with an MBA from University of Memphis, where he now participates in the Advisory Board for the Fogleman College of Business, MIS program.
