Career Objective: My career objective is to continue to excel in my current position as an ABM by continuing to creatively find new ways to motivate staff to be as exceptional in their positions as possible. I want to successfully surpass the expectations of my peers and supervisors by exceeding goals and establishing best practices which others can follow. My ultimate goal is to never settle and to always strive for more. I would like to excel to the next level of management within a 6-12 month timeline. To do this I need to continue to evolve my expertise in the financial service field. I plan on continuing my outside education in the Business Management field which I have found most impactful in my career in the financial service industry. I aspire to continue to build relationships in my surrounding communities by continuing to attend networking functions and participating in community events. The relationships that can be built in these outside opportunities can last a lifetime and be beneficial for career success.
