•Provides strategic leadership, organizational vision, and day to day operational oversight for the IT Datacenter, Networking, Security Operations, System Operations, and IT Support functions and teams. •Oversees continuous improvement of processes and policies for standardized hardware, software, configuration baselines and refresh schedules. •Leads the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of the IT Infrastructure Lifecycle as it relates to IT project management and software development methodologies. •Builds strong relationships across IT and the organization to ensure processes are integrated to support exceptional employee experience. •Provides thought leadership on new and trending technologies. •Develops business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT Operations spending and initiatives. •Oversees operations-related projects and project portfolio. •Oversees negotiation and administration of vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
