I am presently employed as the Administrator for Valley Star Children and Family Services and have successfully led Valley Star to doubling the contracts with SB DBH and the local SELPA's over the last 5 years, since beginning with the company. The two offices I direct in SB (School-Based Medi-Cal and PEI programs) and Mentone (non-public school and Day Treatment Rehabilitation program grew from 35 to 67 staff and the new TAY Crisis Residential Treatment program will add another 30 staff. I have developed strong relationships with the DBH executives over the past 5 years, as well as, our SB collaborative partner agencies which has led to my election as president of the SB Association of Community Based Organizations (ACBO). I am interested in investigating opportunities in which I can make a valuable impact on the company and clients that would also assist me in growing in my career. I have been a licensed MFT for 20 years and have supervised MFT/MSW Interns for the last 16 years, as well as, maintaining my own P/T private practice for the last 3 years.
