Result: Over 90% of myAvatar patients were compliant by mandated cut-over date of October 1, 2015. Assumed ownership of electronic document management solution for EHR. Implemented in multiple programs throughout the organization. Result: Direct savings of space and costs due to elimination of paper charts. Reduced clinical exposure due to incorrectly stored charts. Brought Clinical Workstation solution to full solution baseline. Implemented Draft/Final for Progress Notes and Assessments, implemented the base functionality support the ‘Golden Thread’, Workflow for Progress Note approval, electronic signature pad, electronic Document Management, and ePrescribing with electronic lab results integration. Result: Implemented Avatar CWS Best Practice throughout all Avatar Outpatient programs. Architect requirements definition and analysis with Quality team. Designed and built electronic health record solution for Crisis Spectrum – stabilization, intervention, and residential crisis programs. Result: Full implementation of Avatar EHR for under-served service line. Developed quick proof of concept of electronic prescribing solution to increase visibility of medication information and increased patient safety. Result: Rollouts of new Outpatient Avatar programs to integrate electronic prescribing and electronic lab results processing with OrderConnect.
