Tanisha Systems was founded in 2002. We believe in simplified development processes, optimal tool selection and quality recruitment to harness value from intellectual resources. Our specialization includes delivering software solutions that are determined by business need, cost and context considerations, and not merely by the desire to provide a solution utilizing the latest technology. No doubt, staying current with technology is paramount, but only if the context demands it. We deliver what we promise inasmuch as this has been the guiding principle for our founders whose background includes illustrious careers with Big 5 firms and several entrepreneurial start ups. What we are not? We are not a flash in the pan startup whose survival is determined by a continuous flow of financial steroids of venture funding. We are a bit old fashioned start up in this regard. We recognize the significance of earning the confidence of our customers, the sweat and toil involved in winning and retaining our clients and that true corporate success comes only by putting their interests ahead of us. We are not dependent on a roster of artificial clients who would disappear overnight for a lack of new business. Since we have struggled and learnt our lessons in financial prudence, we shed tears (figuratively and sometimes literally!) on seeing business and technology process inefficiencies. We strive to get the maximum return on your investment buck and banish organizational waste.
