6+ years of expertise in Recruiting, Full Life Cycle Recruitment process including interacting with clients (hiring and line managers) or account managers, Lead generation, client Management, Team Management, gathering requirements and posting the requisition, sourcing, pre-screening candidates, negotiating contracts and compensation, presenting candidates, coordinating the interviews, following-up, checking references, coordinating drug testing and background checks, managing on-boarding process and timesheets follow-ups. Built rapport with Clients’, candidates, employers and preferred vendors developing trust between all parties and closing the deal in an efficient manner. Experience in Vendor Management, Employer Branding and Recruitment for both, IT and Non-IT Domain. Lead and mentored recruiters to make them understand client’s expectations and the various aspects of prospect qualification recruiting strategies. Well versed with the whole US Recruitment Process and hired consultants (US Citizen/Green Card/Canadian Citizen/EAD/H1B) on different payroll (1099, W2 and C2C) for Contract Staffing, Contract to hire and Permanent Positions.
