As a highly experienced Quality and Engineering Professional, with significant experience in regulated Packaging and Engineering areas, my focus has been on software and systems development, as well as managing packaging line implementations into production environments, for the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health Care and Beverage industries. I've managed software and system development lifecycles and packaging design/implementation projects across a variety of line technologies, spanning regulated industry sectors. My work experience includes Quality Systems Design and Management, Project Management, Project Engineering, Equipment Design, Technical Management, Customer Support and Training, and I've have both hosted and conducted many QMS audits. I've rebuilt a Quality Management System, authored an ISO 9001:2008 Corporate Quality Manual, and have designed and implemented programs for software/systems quality assurance, quality metrics development and reporting, internal audit, incoming material inspection, production line testing, vendor audit and qualification, NRTL/CE system certification, software change control and release management strategies, issue tracking and resolution, and equipment calibration.
