I'm a lifelong 'people person' and my main objective since joining Sweetwater twelve years ago is to recruit, hire and retain great employees to our amazing company here in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are different than other music retailers out there, which looking at our career site will clearly show you. Our culture is a high expectations/high performance one with the mentality of a Super Bowl team that always plans to win. We are growing very rapidly: we are the second largest music retailer in the country and growing at a double digit clip every year.
