I have now retired from actively working at Surack Enterprises and Sweetwater. It was a fantastic ride and I'm proud of what we were able to accomplish, bringing the employee population at Sweetwater from 175 when I started in 2005 up to about 2300 today, and helping founder Chuck Surack not only build the incredible culture there, but in his many other businesses that now make up Surack Enterprises. I'd like to especially thank Chuck and Lisa Surack, along with Sweetwater's current CEO John Hopkins and CSO Jeff Radke for the incredible opportunity and honor of working side by side with them. Now on to enjoying my family, golf, and my enhanced part time career (very part time) of playing music, recording and entertaining. 5/3/22 Former profile below: I'm a lifelong "people person" and my main objective since joining Sweetwater thirteen years ago is to recruit, hire and retain great employees to our amazing company here in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
