Reporting to President of STIHL Inc., lead HR including Talent Acquisition and Development, HR Communications and Operations, and Employee Relations.Previously managed Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition for STIHL, Inc. reporting to Head of Human ResourcesPreviously managed recruiting efforts for $400M Federal Mission Programs business unit of Northrop Grumman.Formerly, managed the strategy and growth of the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Military Relations, and Proposal Support teams as well as serve as liaison between contract labor MSP and Northrop Talent Acquisition team. Primary focus was strengthening the pipeline of diverse, targeted applicants into our pre- and post-award talent pool by tailoring unique sourcing strategies for Business Units, leading the development of target markets in our Military/ Veteran recruiting effort, and expanding our sourcing capabilities for protected classes through Web 2.0 strategies.Prior to above, managed Staffing Operations for Northrop Grumman IT overseeing: metrics and reporting, process and workflow improvement, training, referral program, and the Staffing shared service team.
