I have a delivery track record in an INTERIM or PERMANENT capacity including:- * New growth strategy delivery including pipeline demographic mosaic research, site identification and new openings across sectors from 3,000 sq.ft up to 1,000,000 sq.ft. * Delivered large scale OPEX and CAPEX projects/budgets and managed PropCO portfolio(s) with Freehold operational value over £1.5b * Enhanced incremental EBITDA delivery through increased sales performance, cost reduction and delivery of liability reduction. * IAS balance sheet provisioning and liability removal which will require corporate property focus under proposed new "lease accounting rules". * Substantial corporate property change management including resource restructures/outsourcing initiatives/TUPE delivery all aimed at cost control and reduction. * Corporate property right sizing/re-positioning through ownership of due diligence during substantial M&A activity including acquisition and disposal to Private Equity, Competitors and Management Buy Outs/Ins. *Delivery of risk management/corporate governance/statutory compliance/soft and hard facilities/health and safety/fire control and M&E within an operational property arena. EXPERIENCED IN REPORTING ENHANCED PROPERTY STRATEGY DELIVERY at C - Suite Level to CEO/CFO or COO/MD/FD. SKILLS INCLUDE BUSINESS - plans, designs and delivers both real estate and corporate strategy. MAN - MANAGEMENT - creates cohesive and efficient teams. PROJECT MANAGEMENT - ability to analyze, assess and deliver project needs, ensuring on time, within budget and quality expected.
