SThree is a global staffing organisation providing specialist services in the STEM industries (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

I am a five year leader in Customer Experience, leading sales recruiters to provide better business acumen, build trust with their candidates and clients, and grow their businesses. Providing a global opportunity for sales consultants to create a strong and driven action plan, and use customer feedback to create their own business opportunities. I have a unique background of experience. I am an actor, writer, and producer in the entertainment industry, which makes me uniquely qualified to run a Customer Experience Program. From an internal perspective, I have the ability to really get into the minds of a customers mind to understand what their needs are. It's often more than what the initial feedback offers. I'm then able to take that feedback, and turn it into driven data and action that helps the customer and the consultant to earn the revenue they deserve. From an external perspective, I'm able to take external customer insight and dive into understanding the demands of an industry. I know what hot button questions to ask to see what a business is doing well, and where a business may need to improve. No task is too big, and I've stepped up whenever the company has asked me to for the sake of making the business better. When we lost some global resource, I stepped into a global role, supporting the US, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. I even went so far as to teach myself some German, to better support my global team. I've had some incredible opportunities in my time in Customer Experience, and have received several accolades for my work during my time at Specialist Staffing Group. I was awarded best Core Function newcomer in 2018, I had the incredibly opportunity to be a key note speaker at Specialist Staffing Group's 2019 Annual sales conference alongside Astronaut Jerry Linenger, Lead a 2021 panel for Specialist Staffing Group's partnership with the Social Shifter's program, and most recently have been accepted into Specialist Staffing Group's President's Club, a prestigious program that launches with a business trip to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. I have an incredible relationship with everyone I work with, and I'm a firm believer that being consistent, being trustworthy, and being reliable are the key for group customer success. The feedback loops I've created within our business and outside of the business are irreplaceable. It is my hope that where I am in life I leave any place better than I found it. And I hope to partner with you soon.
