For more than 15 years I have held leadership positions with small teams of software developers. I have managed teams working on multiple projects and worked in a matrix management environment. I have over 20 years of experience developing software to address customer needs both by creating new applications and by maintaining legacy systems. This has often required me to identify new technologies and programming languages and tools to satisfy the customer's needs. I am currently looking for a leadership position in software development.
