Founded in 1911, StandardAero is one of the largest independent MRO businesses in the world, providing comprehensive services to commercial, military and business aviation, helicopters and industrial operators. Recently, we joined forces with three other long-established companies - Landmark Aviation's MRO services (formerly Garrett Aviation), Associated Air Center and TSS Aviation. These four great legacies bring over 300 years of collective experience and expertise to form the new StandardAero.

I’m a former Army Colonel with successes in complex operations planning and execution across a diverse range of activities in both domestic and international settings. I currently manage business development for Army programs in logistics and modernization for a leading global defense corporation, including the development of innovative mission systems and support concepts, long range strategic planning, cross corporate coordination and customer engagement. I started my career flying helicopters along the former “Iron Curtain” in Germany and became a Master Army Aviator and Senior Parachutist. I’ve moved 11 times in 25 years, living in five states and 3 foreign countries. Over my Army career, I developed expertise in planning and operations as well as air and ground transportation, maintenance, logistics, and international and domestic security and crisis/contingency response operations. I have a broad range of security planning and operations experience and worked extensively in the federal inter-agency homeland security environment. I have experience directing organizations from 8 to 800 employees, leading multiple enterprise transformations including comprehensive unit reorganization and major headquarters restructuring. I have also managed several volunteer organizations and support my community as an Assistant Scout Master. I have demonstrated successes working in collaborative environments; leading teams of diverse stakeholders to build consensus and achieve common goals. I developed the ability to skillfully balance multiple projects, manage people, and resolve complex problems. I’m known for optimizing people, planning and processes to achieve challenging goals.
