Experienced business professional focused on customer service, and employee development; utilizing skills developed in roles from hands-on aircraft interior refurbishment and airframe mechanic events to customer service, operational improvement, sales, project management, and operations management. Currently pursuing an MBA to supplement a BBA and AAS; also pursuing Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) to supplement current PMP and LSSBB certifications.
