Ever since I was a little girl, I've been the one with the office supplies, color coding everything. I make lists, organize everything alphabetically, by color and size. Not only that, but I also insisted on finding the inefficiencies of all of those projects I created for myself, with no problem gathering up people to help me complete them. Being at the top of my game, prepared and structured for success has always been my MO having been a student-athlete. I balanced swimming and academics for over 15 years while maintaining high GPA standards. It's no surprise I studied Organizational Leadership and Supervision at Purdue University. I graduated in May of 2017 coming off of a very successful internship at Spin Master, where I am currently employed. This internship gave me a lot of space to grow and own events early on with the on-site management of the PAW Patrol Road Tour. Since then the Experiential space at Spin Master has grown, and I'm proud to have been a part of its conception and continued development as we now manage multiple brand program executions with fully integrated marketing approaches at a time. I've also been fortunate enough, during the COVID shift, to work on a small team dedicated to helping garner new Partnerships for Spin Master brands - working to ideate, pitch and execute full partnership programs. I enjoy working with Spin Master for the challenges and atmosphere, but more than that, I really love working with kids. Spin Master has allowed me more opportunities to grow and flourish than ever expected; which is more valuable than most people recognize. I'm determined to thrive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
