Spin Master Ltd is an entertainment company which specializes in marketing, entertainment, toy, design, develop, manufacture, Remote Control, Robotics and more.

I am the CO-Founder and C0-CEO of Spin Master. I was born in South Africa and moved to Toronto with my family at age seven. In 1994, I graduated with an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Shortly thereafter, myself and my lifelong friend Ronnen Harary partnered with Ben Varadi to start what would become one of the largest children’s product and entertainment companies in the world -Spin Master Ltd. With a start up capital of only $10,000, we introduced the Earth Buddy to the marketplace in the spring of 1994, which earned $1.5 million in sales within the first six months of the business launch. This first item catapulted us into the toy industry. Other huge hits that followed were Air Hogs, Tech Deck, Moonsand, Bakugan and Zoobles to name a few. I spent the majority of the first 10 years of the business focusing on sales, marketing and human resources. I was instrumental in creating, building and managing the relationships with various retailers. Today, I focus on business development, building international subsidiaries for worldwide marketing and distribution, acquisitions, as well as, a continued search for world class talent. Outside of work, I am extremely passionate about spending time with my family and living a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, I am involved in a wide range of community organization and sit on the Board of Directors for the Toy Industry Association and my daughters’ school - The Bishop Strachan School.
