Rebeckah is the Sr Vice President of Global Human Resources for Spectrum Brands, Inc. Ms. Long is a strategic business partner and brings over 20 years of progressive HR experience to the team. During her nine years with Spectrum Brands, he has successfully led and managed all HR aspects of complex business unit transformations while achieving financial efficiencies, zero litigation and uninterrupted operations. She was also chosen to lead the Global Performance Management project to bring all SPB units into one methodology. Throughout her career, she has worked across all levels of the organization with continuous focus on talent strategy and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Spectrum Brands, she was the Regional Human Resources Manager for United Rentals, Inc. for eight years and was responsible for the integration of over 25 businesses into the United Rentals portfolio. Ms. Long holds a Bachelors degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Illinois State University, Normal, IL. She sits on the School Board of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and heads the school Marketing Committee.
