I have worked internationally both in my role at KPMG and at Smith & Williamson. I have a keen interest in leadership development and its importance in creating purpose, driving the culture of the firm, and instilling values and behaviours. I have personally benefitted from both mentoring and coaching throughout my career and to ensure that I am the best coach that I can be for my clients and team I hold the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching with the AoEC. I am committed to ensuring that Professional Services firms access the best talent and have created apprenticeship and mentoring programmes to offer opportunities and support to those who may not have previously considered a career within Professional Services.
