I love developing quality products that delight customers. I have done this repeatedly at Disney, Mars, and Campbell Soup across North America, Asia Pacific and LATAM. In my current role, I help cross-functional product teams improve project cycle times and hit rates by streamlining portfolio/pipeline management, product road mapping, project management and stage gate processes.I enjoy coaching and mentoring individuals and groups to achieve their fullest potential. In 2006, I created a compelling product toolkit that was well-received by both internal & external innovation partners globally as an effective collaborative tool to enable successful co-development of innovative new products.When I’m not on the job, I love playing soccer (videogame), cooking creative recipes, and volunteering to serve in philanthropic organizations.
