Ana M. Harris serves as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President for Signature Bank, a New York based full-service commercial bank that has ranked on Forbes’ Best Banks in America list for the past 10 years. In this capacity, Ms. Harris oversees all HR functions for the Bank’s private client banking offices in the New York metropolitan area, our private client banking offices in California, as well as its subsidiaries. Ms. Harris possesses more than two decades of human resources-related experience, including strategic planning, talent management, benefits and payroll administration, and training and development. In 2013, she received an Alumni of Distinction Award from her alma mater, Dominican College in Orangeburg, New York.
