*All views are my own* I have been involved in financial services for close to 20 years, princpally across the mortagage and property sphere at both commercial and residential levels. I began my career as an underwriter with iGroup which gave me a bedrock understanding of the mortgage process that has been invaluable over the past 15 years. I thoroughly enjoy this space and have found that working with financial intermediaries forges relationships that ultimately help the end customer achieve their funding objectives - crucial to the overall health of the economy and something towards which I am immensly proud to contribute. My previous role at Shawbrook Bank - a leading challenger within the UK financial services spectrum - was incredibly rewarding. It touched on several areas including focused product development, setting targets for our extensive sales force designed to drive the business forward, commenting on the marketplace at both trade and national levels, and leading the successful commericial division was an absolute honour. My career journey has delivered a broad range of skills within the financial services space, but I am most passionate about leading and building teams with absolute integrity, developing competitive and solution led products, promoting best practice whilst delivering exceptional service for clients and their introducers. I have now founded my own bridging and development lender, focused on delivering solutions for property professionals using my past experiences and by being close to clients and their brokers again.
