Christopher M. Carrington is the CEO of ServiceSource (NASDAQ:SREV), the world’s leading provider of managed services, cloud software and best-practice processes for the revenue lifecycle. Mr. Carrington’s career spans more than 30 years leading and growing global corporations that deliver technology-enabled business services. Throughout his career, Carrington has combined a cross-functional background in strategy, sales, operations and executive leadership skills to structure new business relationships in excess of $3 billion. Carrington has held a variety of executive positions including President and CEO Alpine Access, Executive Vice President Global Delivery - SYKES, President of Americas Outsourcing Services for Capgemini, President and CEO of the Interlink Group and President of the Americas E-business consulting practice for EDS. Prior executive responsibilities have included management of more than 35,000 people and the delivery of Technology Enabled Business Services that include consulting, technology and outsourcing services for global Fortune 1000 corporations.Most recently, as the former President and CEO of Alpine Access, Carrington served as Executive Vice President – Global Delivery at SYKES Enterprises. Carrington led Alpine Access through the build up and successful sale of the company to SYKES Enterprises in August of 2012. After turning the company around from years of losses, Carrington led the team to quadrupling the business and taking the company to sustained profitability.Carrington graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He completed the Wharton School of Business Executive Development Program and attended the Southern Methodist University Executive Banking School. Additionally, Christopher is regularly sought out and quoted by leading media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, ABC, NBC, Fox, CNN and PBS networks.
