Throughout my career as a network and technical operations professional, I have long provide both internal stakeholders and external clientele with solutions that have maintained and enhanced their existing network and data center infrastructure. I am well-versed in all facets of managing technical operations, leading global projects to implement the latest hardware and software solutions, as well as oversee migration of assets to new locations. As a client-focused project manager, I maintain an open line of communication to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and are provided with recommendations to improve IT infrastructure that best suits their business objectives. With a background in network engineering, I am also an expert in the design and implementation of server and data center environments that maximize end-user productivity. In my current role as Senior Manager of TechOps of ServiceSource, I oversee the performance and administration of the company's two data centers, as well as IT infrastructure spread across eight locations worldwide. I also collaborate with company executives and department heads to devise new ways to improve system performance.
