As Senior VP Demand Marketing, I set the direction & strategy of all marketing activities across ServiceNow’s largest market, the Americas. My career spans 25+ years of marketing high tech including cloud computing, SaaS, virtualization, enterprise applications, and business Intelligence. I approach marketing as both an art and a science. The science of marketing lies in knowing the numbers, measuring your impact, and understanding the right levers to pull at the right time. The art of marketing is connecting with your customer and having the know-how to help them progress through the buyer’s journey. During my time at ServiceNow, I have introduced new initiatives such as Account-Based Marketing, Partner Marketing, and most recently Social Selling to accelerate business growth. I take great pride in my ability to build relationships, particularly with sales. Our sales leaders know that I am on their team and will do whatever I can to grow their business and make the pipeline. When sales win, we all win. Completing an undergrad in Computer Science was a great starting point for learning how to dig into the root cause of an issue. Problem-solving is my specialty and I get immense satisfaction from finding ways to make life easier for my team and our customers. Being focused on the customer and understanding their business and the challenges they’re grappling with is vital if you want to make a positive impact on their business. At ServiceNow, I know we are making a positive impact with our technology. In simplifying work, we are saving our clients millions of dollars with a four to five fold ROI. Not only is our technology instrumental in helping our customers make commercial gains, but it’s also contributing to the greater good of humanity. For example, our technology has been used to support the Covid-19 vaccine rollout. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have three daughters who keep me busy.
