As a Corporate Real Estate (CRE) executive, I am in the business of the “place” part of the workplace. And, while “place” is my core competency and the lens through which I see the workplace, it is usually the non-physical and certain intangibles – values, culture, brand, employee demographics, employee engagement, productivity, collaboration -- that influence my work the greatest.
