Southeastern Grocers, parent company of BI-LO, Harveys and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, is the fifth-largest conventional supermarket chain in the U.S. and the second-largest conventional supermarket in the southeast based on store count. The company employs nearly 72,000 associates who serve customers in 790 grocery stores, 143 liquor stores and 527 in-store pharmacies throughout the eight southeastern states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Scott Fraser was born November 27 in Birmingham, Alabama. He is married to the former Priscilla Butler of New Orleans, Louisiana, and is the father of twin boys: Stephen and Timothy. Scott hold a Master's Degree in Religious Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Master's Degree of Music from New England Conservatory of Music, and a Bachelor's of Music Education from Mississippi State University. Scott grew up in minister's home and has been active ministry for 25+ years. He has served as Minister of Music in churches in Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Texas, and Georgia. He also served as Instructor of Music and Voice, and was Director of Spirit Wing at Missouri Baptist University. He presently serves as Minister of Music and Worship at Heritage Hills Baptist Church. He is a member of the Sons of Jubal and serves on the Student Choir Task Force for the Music Department of the Georgia Baptist Convention. Scott and his wife Priscilla have been married for 26 years. Priscilla sings in the choir and praise team. Priscilla is a RN serving at Medical Center of Central Georgia, and is furthering her studies to be a Family Nurse Practitioner at the The Baptist College of Nursing, Mercer University. They have been blessed with twin sons, Stephen and Timothy, both graduates of Liberty University and are presently pursuing ministry areas.
