Since starting at SCAD 21 years ago, I have been dedicated to supporting faculty, staff and students by recruiting, developing, and retaining the best talent at every level. Everyone here understands and contributes to the SCAD mission – SCAD prepares talented students for creative professions through engaged teaching and learning in a positively oriented university environment – and I am proud to say that I play an active role in making sure this happens. SCAD has a remarkable history – one that has shown exceptional growth and innovation in just 43 years. My time here has allowed me to be involved in all levels of human resources, where I have gained an insight into the entire organization, helping me continuously identify opportunities to improve resources and services that ultimately contribute to SCAD’s success.
