Scott has close to twenty years experience managing and developing people. He has started desktop, help desk and field support teams from ground level. Developed or improved processes for managing and supporting IT procurement, mobility support, including billing/invoicing and the daily management of these devices, executive team support, created training material and operational manuals for field support personnel and assisted in developing and leading IT related training for various organizational departments to improve IT involvement and relationships with these departments. In four different organizations he has built or assisted in building the help desk process, including the acquisition of third party support or in-house application use for ITSM utilization and asset management. He has also been responsible for performing new acquisition site surveys and transition strategies as well as developing business cases for costs, time and people needed for these projects.
