Over the past two decades, I've been fortunate to lead dynamic teams in marketing and business development across a diverse range of organizations, from startups to billion-dollar enterprises. My passion truly lies in nurturing brand growth while putting people at the heart of everything and creating a great team culture. I’m a big believer in building a brand from the inside out and in my opinion that starts by prioritizing positive employee experiences within the organization. In addition to just being the right thing to do for employees, it ignites brand enthusiasm and advocacy which leads to exceptional customer experiences.
