For the last 18 years I have made a career of choosing best of breed revenue-generating technologies - mostly in the field of database marketing - and bringing their benefits to customers in the UK and European marketplace. Over this time I have consistently demonstrated rapid and continued success in meeting and exceeding targets in revenue-focused roles. I’m very passionate about the use of technology, innovation and data-driven insight to help my clients deliver the best possible experiences to their customers. To me there’s nothing better than working with state-of-the-art “leapfrog” technology that allows my clients to take their business a big step forward. Sailthru is my 6th start-up, which I joined in July 2013. Others include Open Text ($6bn market cap), Aprimo (acquired by Teradata for $525m), Neolane (acquired by Adobe for $600m) and Endeca (acquired by Oracle for $1.075bn). As VP EMEA of Sailthru, I lead Sailthru in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India, and am responsible for rapidly growing the business across the region, building an awesome team and delighting my customers. As well as Sailthru, in my (fairly limited) free time, I consider myself an amateur triathlete and I am actively involved in charity work with Marlow Round Table and the Marlow Town Regatta & Festival. I also serve on Marlow Town Council.
