I am a tech executive with over 20 years of experience in building and running R&D organizations. I've helped companies grow from seed stage through scale-up and PE ownership. Throughout my career I have built highly-productive teams by focusing on people first - talent evaluation, recruiting, employee development, and retention. My journey has taken me across businesses of many sizes (primarily in B2B SaaS). I've been in day one startups to high growth mode to mature, multi-hundred million-dollar businesses. I started off in software engineering where I learned to build software for the internet and to lead teams. My experience has ranged from starting teams from scratch, up to leading technical teams of hundreds.
