My specialisms? - Definitely: IT and Innovation with specialism in IT Strategy, IT Portfolio Management and Architectures, IT Services Management and IT Enabled Business Transformation Management. My experiences? - I have managed IT Departments (staff up to 180 fte) as well as Information Management Departments (staff up to 10 fte) and was responsible for several Enterprise System Implementation Projects (ERP, CRM, BI). I have experience in several industries, complex international organizations and government services. My drive? - With a MsC in Business Administration and a career in IT, I focus on the governance and alignment in Business and IT. I'm passionated with business opportunities that come from new technology developments, like Cloud, Big Data/Analytics, Internet of Things, Blockchain, etc. I'm an involved partner for business management and enthusiast foreman in IT projects and IT operations. My 'thing' is to successfully manage scarcity and change within IT demand-supply structures and to enable organisations to become "digital". My passion? To help professionals to improve their skills and to coach high potentials to take responsibility. But also to support management and supervisors with business decisions were IT is involved.
